Course Subscription Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your course subscription at any time, but due to the digital nature of our content,
cancellation and refund eligibility are limited to the following terms:
Full Refund Eligibility
• If you cancel within 7 days of purchase and
• You have not accessed any course lessons, quizzes, or submitted any homework
You are eligible for a 100% refund to your original payment method.
Non-Refundable Conditions
• If you have accessed any course content (video lessons, quizzes, or assignments), your
subscription becomes non-refundable.
• Cancellations made after 7 days from the date of purchase will not qualify for a refund.
Subscription Renewals
• If you have chosen a recurring subscription plan, cancellation must be made before the next
billing date to avoid additional charges.
• Renewed subscriptions are non-refundable once billed.
How to Request a Refund
To initiate a refund (if eligible), please follow these steps:
1. Email us at support@drberg.in with your registered email, order ID, and reason for
cancellation.
2. Our support team will verify your eligibility and confirm via email.
3. Approved refunds will be processed within 3–5 business days to your original payment
method.
Important Notes
• No refunds will be issued after the 7-day period or once course content is accessed.
• Refunds are not applicable for discounted or promotional plans.
• We reserve the right to decline refund requests that do not meet our policy terms.
